Ils m'ont fait, sur place, une carte cadeau du plus belle effet.
Le massage choisie a pu être adapté le jour même et ils sont très souples sur ce point (un massage doux peut devenir un massage plus "sportif" voire un mix).
Belle expérience pour un tarif qui reste haut.
Un grand merci à Hugo et à l'équipe (dont Valentine qui a été patiente avec nos premières demandes) pour leur accueil à l'hôtel. Nous avons rencontré des problèmes avec notre hébergement d’origine (pas avec cet hôtel) et nous avons trouvé Au Chamois D’Or comme dernier recours.
L'équipe nous a rapidement réglé une réservation de dernière minute dans une autre de leur résidence partenaire (Daria-I Nor), ce qui convenait parfaitement à la taille de notre groupe.
Une hospitalité et une empathie formidables affichées tout au long de notre séjour. Je n’ai qu’un grand respect pour l’équipe. Je recommande vivement Les Étincelles pour vos prochaines vacances.
